When you have problem getting your pin code you need to read the user manual otherwise you are stack in the same situation. Google does have a phone call support. All you need to do is real all the user manual and always navigate all the setting to find the right click button. On this user manual i did not recognized their wasa RESEND PIN beside my verification. It took time before i just find out. Now the user PIN RESEND code has been triggered to get the code pin. Hopefully it will arrived successfully.
Request a replacement PIN

On your AdSense homepage, find the PIN verification card and click Verify. (You might need to click View more to reveal the card.)
Click Resend PIN.
We’ll mail a new PIN to your payment address. If your original PIN arrives first, feel free to use it; the replacement PIN will be a duplicate of the original.
